TEXTE DE LA PÉTITION:

En matière de la garde et de l'accès aux enfants par leurs parents, suite à une séparation ou un divorce, les faits et les statistiques démontrent hors de tous doutes que les mères sont systèmatiquement avantagées, cela au détriment des droits des pères et des enfants.

Il existe une inéquitée flagrante de l'actuel système de Justice du Québec, ainsi que des divers services sociaux dans ce dossier important, où les pères séparés ou divorcés sont brimés dans leurs droits et dans leurs relations avec leurs enfants. Une telle situation n'est plus acceptable aujourd'hui au 21 ième siècle.

Je, soussigné(e), suis en désaccord profond avec cette injustice flagrante, et je demande au Ministre de la Justice du Québec de faire les actions qui s'imposent, pour mettre fin à la discrimination actuelle, basée sur le sexe d'une personne, ayant cour depuis des décennies en Justice suite à une rupture familiale. Afin que le système judiciaire reflète la réalité de notre société moderne actuelle, et qu'il y ait ÉGALITÉ des droits, pour les mères et les pères, suite à une séparation ou un divorce.

( TEXT OF THE PETITION:
As regards the guard and access to the children by their parents, following a separation or a divorce, the facts and the statistics show out of all doubts that the mothers are favoured, that with the detriment of the rights of the fathers and the children. There is an obvious injustice of the current system of Justice in Quebec, as well as various social services in this important file, where the separate or divorced fathers are persecuted in their rights and their relations with their children. Such a situation is not acceptable any more today at the 21st century. I, undersigned , am in major disagreement with this obvious injustice, and I ask for to the Minister Justice of Quebec to make the actions which are essential, to put an end to the current discrimination, based on the sex of a person, having court since decades in Justice following a family rupture. So that the legal system reflects the reality of our current modern society, and that there are EQUAL RIGHTS, for the mothers and the fathers, following a separation or a divorce. )
